How do you actually get Sky to help you?

So I have used the live chat, called the sky experts, raised a complaint via email as I have now been without service or my data refreshing for nearly two weeks. I just want someone to resolve my issue but it seems impossible as I have exhausted every option. Been with sky for nearly seven years and the customer service was always great but no it seems I can't just get them to fix the service I pay for. Is there another way I can contact them for help?

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so if that is where the problem lies then you and others in the area are relying on a third party fix.

Thank you for your response mate, unfortunately the issue is occuring all over the UK and with a number of different devices so I'm fairly confident it's a back end issue and not the masts. The service checker doesn't show any issues in my area. All the best.
