I have recently sent back my old phone after an upgrade. Royal Mail tracking shows that it has been delivered but I've received no confirmation from Sky? Can anyone confirm they have received it?

Hi @adaaamh no one here can, keep your proof of postage/tracking information, give sky a call on 150 and talk to them about it.
