How do I change my phone

Hi,

recently I have ordered Samsung  galaxy A55 I have purchased this phone for my deliveries especially for just eats curiour app .

Today I have received this device and I have installed but it does not support the just eats curoiur app and I am worried about it how do I my job.because it's not full filled my job need.

that's why I want to return this device and I want to take iPhone 12 because this device support.

Please guide me what is the procedure and what should I do.please it's my humble request please resolve my issue as soon as you can .

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline when the lines open. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
