How can I talk to the complaints department

Long story, ordered iPhone 16, cancelled and ordered a 17 and iPad. In next few days received a 16 pro, 2 iPhone 17's and 3 iPads? Phoned them and eventually got through. And sent items back. But the totally useless organisation have charged me £152.09 which caused me to go overdrawn. Now have had 4 calls 6 emails and 2 promises that someone would call me, even cancelled a medical appointment yesterday and they said they would call me. Can anyone help on a phone number that I can contact them as I am going legal on this and cancelling my broadband, tv as this is not a company I want to do business with after 30 years and over £200 a month

150 is the phone number from a phone that has a Sky sim in it otherwise another option is to put in a complaint:

I would also change your account password incase someone got access to it to order these devices as this can happen if fake emails or phone cals have been responded to:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.

Is there any backstory to this?  This sounds like an account compromise - did anyone call you promising discounts?

 

You definitely sent them back to Sky?  (There's a known scam where your account is compromise and the scammers collect the items)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
