Hi

I know I should know this but how can I find out what swap plan my contract is on? My contract length is 36 months does it mean I have to wait that long until I can upgrade without cost? I was under the impression I could do it before that

Swap24 is a 36 month contract so you can upgrade after 24 months as the remaining 12 months should be paid off by the value Sky "gives" you for the device. If there is an amount left after this then it is added to the next available bill.
