Hello

I received my new iPad sim but not thinking threw the packaging out and now I can't activate my sim, any idea how I can get a code ??

You can't get a code so as you can not activate that sim it will be cancelled by Sky so you will not be charged for it. So what you need to do is to order yourself a new sim by selecting the data plan for it from here:
