When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

Hi @Joanne7098 sky must be waiting for more stock. Keep an eye on your order status for any updates. The day before delivery sky and DPD will advise you it's on its way.
