Hi I just order my phone contract

Hi I just order my phone contracts for 12 month. When I place order it's says 24 month so I only want 12 month also I think sim is free but they charge me

Swap12 is a 24 month contract.

 

There is no 12 month option.

 

The only 'free' SIM is a 100MB one.  (Not GB)

What the "12" in Swap12 means is that after 12 months you can swap your device for another one as the remaining 12 months should be paid of by the value Sky gives you for the device.

I had mistake didn't check properly so how can I cancel online or after I receive delivery it is free or I will get charged to cancel

Has the device been dispatched yet if not then you have a few options:

 

Call Sky to cancel. If you place another order you would be credit checked again.

If it has been dispatched then you can refuse delivery so it is returned to Sky.

Call Sky and explain that you ordered it via the wrong package and that you wanted it on another one - Swap24 (36 months contract) if this is what you mean to do.

Hi when I place order I had messaged says 14 days to cancel so I need to know is it free to return or do I get charged for it

If you have the phone then you have 30 days to call Sky and ask them to cancel it and to return the device to Sky so you will not be charged. From when you call Sky you have 14 days to return it to them so when you do make sure you get and keep proof of posting and don't lose it !
