Help

Has anyone else experienced this? 

My handset stopped working in aug 2025 and I've had it since feb 2024. I contacted sky and they were quick and helpful in arranging a repair. I sent it off for repair and repair was completed and sent back September 2025. Now that my phone is up for swap 24 I have come to complete the upgrade online and the system says 'as it is in for repair I must contact sky.' 🤯

 

I have now contacted Sky 9 times, spoken to 13 advisors and sent a formal written complaint  and still have not had a resolution. Different advisors have all said different things, a few have even assured me they were the ones who'd managed to resolve my query before begging me to provide a score of 10 in customer for the survey but none have actually dealt with this and I am still unable to complete the upgrade. And shocked at such poor service and no response at all to my complaint? Exhausting! Any insight or information how I can get this resolved? Maybe someone else out this with a similar experience??

When did you put on the written complaint as this then gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve your issue before you can ask for a deadlock letter to take this further.

It's only been two weeks so far, but exhausting that there has been so acknowledgment or response.
