I have finished my 2 year contract and still paying for the device any one know why  ? Communication is awful with sky

Hi @Lianna3  swap 24 is a 36 month contract but at 24 months you can upgrade and send your phone back to pay the final 12 months or keep paying for the next 12 months and you keep the phone with nothing left to pay.
