Hi there, 

my name is Mohammed and recently I bought an iPhone 17 pro Max from sky movie, but after 2 days I changed my mind so I called the customer service and they said to send it back.

i sent it back on Monday 24/11/2025

i just want to know when I'm getting paid the refund about the upfront payment that I made 

and also I had some fraud issues with my card so I ordered a new card and it will take 4-6 days

Hi @Mohammed_Quader  from other reports on here it's been taking more than 2 weeks for refunds to be processed. If you now have a different card then that may cause more issues. You may need to call sky to tell them when you have the new card.
