Bought an iPad Pro 2024 but do not know how to use the phone on the device

iPad's do not have the cellular hardware for phone calls.

 

However, there are alternative options such as WhatsApp but requires the destination to have the app too.  (And a data connection, including WiFi)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
