Hi @Jack252 if your old number is with a different network then yes, get a PAC from them and when your new sky sim is activated give sky the PAC and the next working day your number will transfer. If your old number is with Sky then it's not easy as you have to transfer it to a different network on PAYG then transfer it back to the new sim. Alternatively if your old number is with Sky then just put that sim in your new phone.
