Help

I'm trying to log into my sky mobile account via My Sky, but it says I need to "link account". I enter the details asked for. (surname, postcode and last 6 digits of bank account I use to pay my bill). However,  it then says account already linked and won't let me go any further.

It will appear on this page @Selina6  once sky send it, hasn't been sent yet. Sky will tell you when it's sent.
