I’ve just signed up to sky and kept my old number. I have two data plans - the first for 100mb free which is registered to my number and the 2nd data plan (for 25GB) shows under another number? Have I set it up wrong? Also, when I’m outside away from my wifi, my internet doesn’t work and I can’t use my banking apps or anything like that. Can someone help me please? xx

Have you turned on mobile data when you are not at home ?

Find out moreHi @CJM if you are using the 100m sim in your phone then there is a very good chance you have used all of your data and that is probably why you can't use mobile data when away from your home. 100m is a minute amount of data and will last only a matter of seconds/minutes with todays smart phones.
