Help! My mobile number is being spoofed

Is anyone able to advise, I have discovered my mobile number is being spoofed, I have found this out as I have had a few calls from random strangers saying that I have called them. Is there anything I can do instead of having to change my mobile number? I have changed settings in on my phone via screen time - communication limits - during screen time - contacts only. I am hoping this will help but any other advice is welcome.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Charlotteort 

Orher doing what you have there isn't anything else you can do. You will find that such calls will stop as these scammers will move into somebody else and spoof their number instead.

I've also experienced this. Do sky ever acknowledge these issues? 

 

The only recommend action was to change the number, which obviously isn't a solution.
