Recently the mobile phones on my account having been burning through data like no tomorrow, never had this issue before but now having to top up every couple of day, have checked settings, made sure mobile data is switched off for certain apps really not sure why this issue is happening now

When at home if Wifi is available it is always advisable to turn of data and use this.

Not really, they seem to be using normal amounts, no data habits have changed and we always use Wi-Fi at home, it's very strange
