New iPhone 15 contract taken out last year paid off balance on original iPhone 12 mini looks like I am still paying for it on my last 3 bills can you explain

As customers we can't say for sure what is happening so when you paid the contract off in full how did you do this, did you do it online or by calling Sky ?
