Have eSim code and PAC. However I keep on being transferred to a sales page

New customer. Useless Sky webite. I have an eSim code and also a PAC code, from EE.  Unable to activate my account and bring my number across.  Working throiugh the pages and links, I am just being offerred to buy another sim or phone. Very frustrating. First impressions of Sky are poor.

Hi @Vincent778  is this what you are following to activate the esim ? Do that first, once activated, then use your PAC.
