Have 5 devices on my account now I can’t upgrade

Have 5 devices on my account now I can't upgrade I didn't take the tablet as decided against it and got a second hand one.. 

 

now I can't upgrade my phone

From a phone that has a Sky sim in it call Sky on 150 for help with this.

They only drop off your account (eventually) if returned to Sky. If you mean some are no longer current and it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
