Has my pac code been excepted

i got a new Doro phone for my mother and she wants to keep her old number, we got a PAC code from her old provider and went to online to register the phone ane which was ok we added the pac code number in which it excepted, but it didn't except her phone number, now i can't find out if the pac code is ok and will transfer over. can anyone help

The Pac code lasts for 30 days so if you are having difficulty in getting it added then as the Sky sim has been activated the account holder can call Sky on 150 to get them the pac.

Hi @davek4  does she have an active sky sim that's working ? When did you give sky the PAC ? Porting doesn't happen at weekends so if you gave sky the PAC on Friday or yesterday it will be tomorrow or Tuesday when the port happens.
