Has both my orders been cancelled

I have an email to say my order has been cancelled because 1 of the phones is not in stock but I had 2 phones on the order. When I log into my account it is saying that the one that is In stock is awaiting dispatch but the email is suggesting both is cancelled. 

Do I need to re order the one that is in stock?

You need to call Sky as cancellations tend to infer a credit check has not been successful.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
