I have tried to go back to sky mobile to carry out my order but there is no basket for me to go to I then click on the phone I'm after and it says I have a restriction on my account I click on reinstate but it comes up saying error

No I'm not with sky mobile I was doing the purchase to take out mobile but since I came off I can't get back onto my basket and it says there is a restriction
Your option option is that you will have to call Sky to get this order placed.
