Why have I been charged £50 for a new mobile phone when it says no upfront fee

@Muirdo  If you were charged £50 it will be because you only just passed the credit check so Sky want  a payemnt towards the device as a result.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
