Got an upgrade, but now have two phones and contracts

I saw that i was able to upgrade my Iphone 14 to the 15 pro, however now i am paying for two phones instead of upgrading my contract.

I havent had this with any other provider. When you upgrade you should just start a new contract with a new phone.

Why has this happened?

Also is there any way of actually speaking to someone on the phone, none of the "help" pages are any use.

@Graham70 If you ordered a new phone instead of going through the Swap with Sky that would explain why you are paying for 2 phones.

Thanks, I went through the upgrade process, which with any other provider is not ordering a different phone with a different contract, it is upgrading the one that you are on.

I will try speaking to them

Did you return the iPhone 14?  (This is part of the 'swap')

If you still have it then you'll be paying for 2 phones.

The Swap scheme is essentially HP where you have an option (usually in the last 12 months of the contract) to return the current phone to pay off the outstanding debt (depending on device condition) and start the process all over again.

If you don't swap then when you've completed the contract you own the device outright.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
