I swapped my old sky mobile device in for a Google pixel 8a which had the £150 credit offer, the swap completed 2 weeks ago, how long until my credit goes onto my account?

What did the terms and conditions in the website say when you did the swap as it might be covered on there but I should imagine it will be a little while before you see the credit.
