Thanks for that so is that It ?
Do they do that automatically or do I have to ring to tell them as I have a spending cap so do I just change spending Cap to £2 x 7 days or will there be other charges for using what's app to call people as well ? Basically the queue to get through is over an hour so just wondering if you don't tell them and you use your data will it cost more than £2 coz I haven't told them ? Thanks

So roaming would just be £2 a day(exactly 24 hours from when the roaming passport is triggered) and the £2 is taken off your spend cap.... and when it comes to what's app, sky won't charge you for the calls and texts via what's app because again what's app uses an internet service to be able to send, receive and also use your video and voice chats so even if you send like 1000 what's app texts you won't be billed for it apart from your regular roaming which again would just be £2 a day.

Try using the MySky app it gives you better control of your mobile account if you have your email linked to it.
