Flying to Jamaica would like to know how can use my phone is there a package?

There is no package as such. It is a Rest Of The World destination and costs will be extremely high as per this link

The cheapest solution is to get a local SIM card when you arrive or only use free Wi-Fi.
You need to make sure roaming / data are switched off before leaving the UK and switch on flight mode.

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)
