Global roaming

If I'm an existing mobile customer with diamond level but have several phones on my plan, does the free global roaming still apply even if i already had the contracts or is this just for new customers?

Hi @Tadpole2026  its for all diamond level customers and covers all sims on your account. Make sure you check your destination is one of the 120 covered.

The free* roaming applies to data plans on your account as long as you are diamond VIP.

* it only waives the £2 passport plus fee - limits and other charges still apply (particularly if in rest of world location)

Perhaps note that the Sky definition of 'global' excludes, for example, almost all of the African continent.

Also be aware of the 25GB data limit.

And that calls to local numbers aren't included in the roaming countries.
