Global roaming countries

Hi, Can I ask why Bermuda is not included in your global roaming countries? It is after all a British Overseas Territory and I would have thought that should be first on the list of countries.

You are not talking to Sky on here as we are customers who help each other.

The 120 countries are those that are part of roaming us so as Bermuda is not part of this then this is why it is not in the free roaming vip list.

I can only guess Sky couldn't agree a contract with the local telecom provider (other than a 'rest of world' deal, i.e. expensive)

Sky have only recently massively expanded the RPP countries.  It may be under review...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It appears all UK providers have higher rates for that particular destination, which suggests either the three local networks are reluctant to offer carriage deals or there are technical obstacles.

It's unlikely the historic constitutional arrangements are a factor.
