@Itsme3 If you're referring to a mobile phone being locked to another network you will need to ask that network for the unlock code, Sky won't be able to do that, only the network you bought the phone from can.
You also refer to a cell phone which is a terminology used in the USA, out of curiosity what is the manufacturers name of your phone.
