Getting billed for a watch I sent back

I sent back an Apple Watch as it wasn't working and ordered a new one and I'm still getting charged for the one I sent back as well as the new one can anyone tell me why that is please

Until the company that handles the returns has received the watch into stick billing will continue on it but you will not loose out once this happens so keep an eye on your future bills.

I already got an email saying that they have received the watch back but they haven't taken it off my bill

They may have received it but not necessarily processed it or examined it to make sure it's faulty and not damaged due to misuse.

It isn't damaged because as soon as I received it I set it up and tried to put it on charge and it wouldn't charge
