I sent back an Apple Watch as it wasn't working and ordered a new one and I'm still getting charged for the one I sent back as well as the new one can anyone tell me why that is please

I already got an email saying that they have received the watch back but they haven't taken it off my bill

They may have received it but not necessarily processed it or examined it to make sure it's faulty and not damaged due to misuse.
