Getting a new mobile number (already have existing Sky Mobile)

I already have a Sky Mobile and plan but I want to obtain a new mobile number to stop nuisance calls - can anyone advise

Hi @JEA75  if you have had the sim more than 12 months just order a new sim/plan from sky.com, when it comes activate it then call sky on 150 to cancel the old one. Less than 12 months old and you would be liable for early termination charges to cancel the old one. If the police are involved then sky may give you a new number.
