Get my E sim

Hi I got an e SIM from sky mobile but unfortunately I restarted my phone that's why I lost my E sim,So could you give me the e SIM again I need this number.

@Nabibul 

On the MySky app in the mobile section go to the esim to see if you can see the option to reinstall it,

I don't have access to log in my sky app as well that's why I don't see anything inside the apps,Could you short it out please

As I am a customer like you all that can be suggested is that you use another phone to call Sky about this.
