Galaxy s24 ultra

Pre ordered the galaxy s24 ultra 1tb yellow on 19th January and had email same day saying be delivered 24th. Still not received anything from dpd to say they have and heard nothing from sky since. Anyone else having same problem or know when they will be delivered

The Web page doesn't load it just says contact sky if still need help so thought see if anyone else having same issue.
