Frustrated with my sky mobile

I can use my mobile from sky at home but when i leave the house and go somewhere its of new use to me as i cant get on the Internet. I changed from 02 now im so frustrated  and cant get a human to sort it out .

If it is working at home then it might be because it is connected to your wifi network so when you leave home is mobile data turned on ?
