Why has the free watch been removed from my order, it was initially there, now it's magically vanished into thin air

Yes, it is a Samsung phone and again, yes, I did read it, I became a little bemused at the fact that the item had completely disappeared from my order, yet was there initially, even in my tracking details, maybe it is just a genuine error.
