It does if your vip level is diamond otherwise the daily £2 charge applies.
Data is limited to 25 GB per billing period and while calls to uk landlines and mobiles are included, calls to local numbers will be charged at international rates.

Yes, for diamond VIP customers the £2 a day charge does not apply in these locations.
