Free gift

When i ordered mobile  on the 21st aprill it came with an offer for earbuds .but had no comformation getting them .when i looked at offer again today earbuds gift is no longer with that phone but was when i ordered.

The instructions are were listed on the device page.

 

You either have to claim directly from the manufacturer (with proof of purchase) or they come later.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
