Hi,

I'm new to Sky Mobile. I signed up to a Samsung S23 with the offer of free ear buds and £100 cash back.

Please can someone tell me how I go about claiming these items??

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

Hi tried to claim but Samsung are  asking for the sales invoice. Sky don't show this on any emails and are saying don't actually issue one,

The Samsung claim form is insisting on one..help !

Hi @Skyman333  read the post above by @caesarome  and follow that exactly and Samsung will accept that.
