According to my account details on Mysky I am a Diamond vip member yet following a recent trip to Morocco I have been charged for Data Roaming, yet this should be free for a Diamond vip member! I have phoned Sky customer service and been told that I am only a Silver vip according to their record of my account. Can anyone help with this?
Have you been a customer of Sky for 15 years or more as this is what is required for the Diamond level. Silver is up to 3 years.

Likewise - I went to Tenerife in March this year and was charged on two phones for the passport (£2/24 hrs) and yet I am a VIP member of 21 years standing! I am planning a trip to Africa and I am trying to get SKY to confirm it will be FREE this time and I hope they will reimburse me the charges leveied earlier this year.

Thanks - I finally caught up with the SKY correspondance which as you say is only effective from 20/7/26 so my earlier trip is not covered. My upcoming trip is South Africa which is listed as covered so I don't expect to see any passport charges - we'll see.......
The only charges you might see is if you make a call to a local number as they are charged at international rates and if you use more than 25GB in data as it is then charged at £2.50 per GB.
