I bought the samsung s24 and it offered a free chromebook but I have no idea how to claim it

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Thank you. I have done it all now and they have sent an email saying they have accepted my claim
