Fraudulent order on my account
Emails from sky:
1. Your key information about Sky mobile
2. Thank you for ordering with Sky mobile
3. Important information about your Sky mobile - your order has been cancelled due to poor credit history
4. Order cancelled
I did not place an order, I do not have a poor credit rating and indeed checks were not made on my experian account.
It's upsetting to think someone is trying to purchase a new mobile in my name, what provisions do Sky have in place to prevent this from happening? Obviously using my email and name.

Advice can be found here from Sky including changing your accounts password as clearly someone has got hold of it either via a scam call or a fake email being responded to:

If you receive an unexpected parcel from Sky get in touch with our customer services team immediately. We can give advice on what to do. Don’t send the parcel anywhere except our returns address.
We’ll give you pre-paid returns packaging to send the parcel back to us.
