Hi there, i have ordered iphone 16 pro max and got delivery yesterday and i was trying to set it up but it got hang as soon as i switched on for the first time and got heated. Still same issue even put on charge its getting too heated . 
how do i return this ? I have been trying call sky could not get through ? Thanks for the help.

Hi @Fazilanouman the only way to organise a return is by calling sky. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.
