Faulty iPhone

I received iPhone 16 pro today after transferring my iPhone data successfully, it asked for an iOS 18.2 update. After updating it starts bugging. I have a video as a proof. I need a replacement.

@Nofil

Sky may insist on you returning the device so that it can be examined before the possibility of a replacement is considered. This would obviously be delayed over the Christmas and New Year period.
