Faulty iPhone and poor customer services

My iPhone 14 purchased from sky under contract just over 2 months ago no longer accepts my sim or any other sim despite  them working in other phones.
After more than 5 hours of calls with 5 different customer service reps I agreed for it to be sent to Ingram micro for repair but it's now been a week and despite several calls advising the packaging is on its way it's not arrived.
needless to say I feel very unhappy about things and at a loss how to move this forward .
Any ideas what actions I could take ?

I would have thought that it will take this company longer than a week to inspect the phone and to carry out a repair if this is what they plan to do so personally I would leave it for another week before calling Sky for an update if you still haven't heard anything.

@CK10

The packaging to send it back will only be sent out to you by you persevering in calling Sky and requesting it.

Hoping this migth help @CK10, uyse the following to check Coverage – Check Device Coverage (apple.com) as I assume your iPhone is under warranty, I signed in found my iPhone. If under warranty you have options if you have a apple store nearby. Doesn't excuse the poor service, !!

@CK10

See my post immediately before yours. As customers we can't get the packaging to you any quicker or by any other method.
