Faulty iPhone Received – Urgent Replacement Request
I’m contacting you regarding a faulty order I received from Sky Mobile. My iPhone arrived with the packaging and device visibly wet so I am requesting an immediate return and replacement.

To arrange the return you will have to call Sky as via here we are customers who help each other so the number might be visible at the end of the help flow:
Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
