Faulty device return regarding

12 dec sent  returned my new faulty device to you than when delivered to me new device how much take time for it ???

We are mainly customers on here trying to help other customers and you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Sky will have to examine the faulty device and determine if it's repairable or not before dispatching a replacement. We can't give a time frame for that.
