Failed Mobile Number Porting

I requested my number be transferred to Sky Mobile over 2 weeks ago and I am still experiencing issues.

 

I can call from Sky and receivers say number works/recognises as old number, send texts, but not receive texts or call (voicemail still with previous provider) and my wife who is also on Sky Mobile can only call through without issue.

 

Daily requests to resolve this with the promise of this being completed but still in the same position and no progress being made.

 

What needs to happen to get this completed as it is beyond frustrating due to not being able to receive very important calls.

I take it Sky have told you that number had transfered over, if so is your phone an iPhone ?

Yes, Sky say everything is transferred and to get previous company to close their account, however that is a company account and will engage with me and says the issue is with Sky. No it's a Google Pixel 10 Pro
