Extra siim

Hi I want to cancel my 5.00 sim I don't want the new number and I don't want the extra sim I've been trying to cancel on line. It won't let me

I purchased an extra sim for 5.00 I don't need it as I've already got one with you and I don't want the new number thanks

@Flukee 

If you haven't activated it yet then it will be automatically cancelled so you will not be charged for it. If it has been activated then you need to call Sky on 150.
